I am 6' 2" tall, 245 lbs ... a BIG guy. I have used Superfeet insoles for several years now. The pictures above show the Superfeet (in blue) to the EasyStep (in green) I had the Superfeet in an pair of sneakers, took them out put in the EasyStep, noticed how much better they are over the Superfeet. I have worn the EasyStep or a full day yesterday, was at an event were I was on my feet for a long time I have a couple of new pairs of Superfeet I hadn't used yet. These are new items all new in the photos. I put the EasyStep side-by-side to the Superfeet: - EasyStep has thicker foam padding - EasyStep has a higher, firmer arch support - EasyStep, notice the orange added support points (really makes a difference) The ball of my foot has a sharp point on it when I have to massage often. The EasyStep insoles evened out how the pressure is applied to my feet. There is a ton less pressure on the ball of my foot. Bottom line - Will most likely order a couple of more sets of these ... It does seem like the insole market is really getting larger. I may try others down the road as well. But, these are waaaay better than Superfeet.
